But when it’s the other way around White people will become ancient anthropologists, have a degree in geothermal studies and astrophysics and pull out ancient real world documentation to tell you why this fictional story set in a world with time travel magic and demons needs to be all white cast because it’s based off of a old 14th century time that has a fairy tale about a goat monster in Ancient Rome during the summer of 1348 and how they were white because the Teutonic plates had shift 2 degrees north.

In the State Farm commercial ‘Never’, a man professes he will never get married, have kids, or buy a minivan, but does all those things. The last thing he says is “I’m never letting go”, implying he’s about to abandon his family.

I literally think about this every time I see this

If you, as a parent, have ever told your kids that they’re stupid, that they’re fat, that they need to lose weight, that they look pregnant in a certain outfit, that their make up looks horrible, that their haircut is crappy, that they’re not smart enough for certain things, and you purposefully drag your children down, even if you think you’re “just joking” then you are what’s wrong with society and you are the cause of your child’s insecurities.
