I started watching The Devil is a Part-Timer!

It’s actually pretty hilarious. A demon lord from a parallel (medieval) universe accidentally gets stuck on modern-day Earth with one of his demon generals, and he has to learn to make a living so he gets a part-time job at a fast food restaurant (MgRonalds). They’re talking about the competing fast food restaurant that moved in next door and is stealing all the customers (Sentucky Fried Chicken). There’s also a coffee chain called Moonbucks.

The hero who nearly defeated him in battle back in their world followed the demon lord to vanquish him, but she got stuck there too and works in a call centre.

This anime is the bomb, please watch what there is of it.

The fight scenes are incredibly well done and high budget, with an amazing sound track, and it’s super hilarious all in one. This is definitely an action/ comedy that was executed very very well.

If you like Kyokai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary), you’ll like this.

watch this please

Ok, that sounds really fricking hilarious. Maybe I’ll watch it. ^^

THE TRUTH OF NATIVE AMERICANS BEFORE THE GENOCIDE

Gotta put this on blast.
We never needed a white savior.

I hate this country.

What I learned from this video:

  • 100 million Native Americans died at the hands of white colonists
  • Instead of planting crops the colonists spent their days digging random holes in the ground looking for gold. They started starving and dug up Indian corpses to eat. They took Indian prisoners and forced them to teach the colonists how to farm
  • Native Americans had massive cities with tens of thousands of well constructed houses, intricate water canals and large merchant areas.
  • The Native Americans used soaps, deodorants and breath sweeteners while colonists never bathed or even took of their clothes
  • There was a delousing policy with the mantra Nits create Lice; nits being Native American babies, so their goal was to kill every Indian, including babies
  • In the 1700’s 80% of the Federal Budget went towards eradicating the Native American population so they could take their developed farmland
  • Colonists leaders went town after town killing men women and children under the approval of George Washington
  • “Pursue Indians to extermination” –Thomas Jefferson
  • California governor (1849-1851): “extermination must continue to be waged until the Indian becomes extinct”

The main factor which prevented Native American extinction was the fact they were used for slave labor. The most prized Native Americans were young girls who were said to be valued for labor and lust (that one white dude in your ethnic studies class that says he’s 1/36th Cherokee?)

In modern times children were forced into Indian Boarding Schools whose goal was to “Kill the Indian in them”. It was federal policy. They were beaten if they used their native tongue, they were forced to dress and style their hair like whites

This country was literally built on terrorism and mass murder. White people are savage terrorists.

Until, this is taught in schools everywhere- “history class” is merely a racism propaganda course.

I learned all this in a class I’ve taken in the past on the history of POC in the US (specifically WOC) but my heart is just as broken each time I reread or remember it. My heart breaks even more to see Native regalia appropriated and desecrated time and time again by fools who lack the capacity to even comprehend why it’s offensive.

Having Native blood running through my veins is one of the few things i’m unyieldingly proud of. Resilience is all we have and honor is all we can do to those who suffered at the hands of colonizers.

And to NEVER let anyone forget it. We are still here and we will remind you.

How to Answer the Top 35 Asked Interview Questions from The Undercover Recruiter here. Posted for friends looking for jobs this summer. Unfortunately you may also be asked illegal questions and these are two pretty good articles here and here.

This is why the job market is shit, TBH. It’s because they all ask the same fucking questions and there’s only one proper way to answer them; never mind what the truth is. I have been giving these types of answers to job interview questions in the past 10 years and – outside of an obvious lack of qualifications, like a degree or necessary certification – I have never been denied a job. I know that once I get a chance to do the actual interview, I can basically nail it 95% of the time because I know how to answer these stupid, mundane, and ultimately irrelevant questions.
