The first time they kiss, it’s a comfort thing. It’s late and cold when they’re driving through Nebraska, and Sam watches Dean shiver on the edge of sleep for nearly an hour before he climbs into the backseat to sleep with Sam.
Dean sleeps the best when he’s in the car. He’ll stretch out in the backseat with Sam spooned against his front so they’ll both fit, and puffs happily against Sam’s neck under the big blanket that they share. He’s usually asleep within minutes, breathing right into Sam’s ear. It settles Sam easily, and his eyes droop. He can sleep anywhere really, but he sleeps the best with Dean next to him.
All I see is Sammy, Seeing Dean undress for him for the first time. & suddenly it’s okay to look everywhere he always tries not too, and he does.
No one can convince me otherwise.

Dean has no clue, no clue at how fucked up Sam is.
He’s so fed up of Sam and that frickin journal, taking after their old man.
Dean catches Sam sometimes, cross legged on the motel floor, pen in one hand, scribbling away at the frail pages of the book.
Dean knows Sam isn’t writing, but drawing and he knows he shouldn’t look but he can’t help himself.Sam will catch Dean looking at him, in the hall way of school, when he’s just out the shower, when he’s scribbling down every little thing that pops into his head. He’s screaming inside, wanting Dean to just rush him off his feet, to take him away from this thing they call ‘living’.
Dean finally gets a clue when Sams fast asleep, hand resting lightly on his book, slowly, Dean slides it from his hand, his tongue pressed between the space in his teeth.
The drawings are…beautifully heartbreaking. They’re a call for help.
His drawings are screaming at Dean.“Gonna make it better, little brother” Dean whispers as lets the notebook slide down next to him. He brings his hand up to rest against his baby brothers hair.

As all children do when they are sick, Sam would bitch about being too cold. Sometimes they would be blessed with an abundance of blankets, but more often then not, Dean will have piled every quilt in the room atop Sam and the complaints would continue. It’s at these times that he’d crawl into bed with his little brother and wrap his limbs around Sam’s spindly ones. With ninja turtles playing in the background, Sammy would usually fall asleep.
“C’mon Dean; I’m cold.”
“Knock it off Sammy, I’m not cuddling with you. You’re too old for that shit.”
“But Dean–“
“No buts. Watch ninja turtles.” A few minutes later and Sam starts to cough. “Really? Now with the coughing? Shut up and scoot over.”
“Thanks, jerk.”
“Don’t mention it bitch–like at all–ever.”

Supernatural | Sam and Dean get into a car accident while John’s away, and Sam falls into a coma. Dean blames himself for everything, but after a sleepless night at the hospital, a lot of talking (and hand-holding) on Dean’s part, Sam wakes up and puts his older brother’s mind at ease. They never mention the accident to John.
