Wincest MPREG AU: 2. Confirmation
Dean has health issues (he was wounded so many times he lost count of
his injuries) and he didn't expect to get pregnant. He's a bit shocked
and refused to quit hunting.

The first time they kiss, it’s a comfort thing. It’s late and cold when they’re driving through Nebraska, and Sam watches Dean shiver on the edge of sleep for nearly an hour before he climbs into the backseat to sleep with Sam.
Dean sleeps the best when he’s in the car. He’ll stretch out in the backseat with Sam spooned against his front so they’ll both fit, and puffs happily against Sam’s neck under the big blanket that they share. He’s usually asleep within minutes, breathing right into Sam’s ear. It settles Sam easily, and his eyes droop. He can sleep anywhere really, but he sleeps the best with Dean next to him.

Preseries AU: Sam gets caught off guard by some demons, and with John nowhere to be found, it falls to Dean to try and save his brother on his own.
Even the angels know it.
AU Meme: After Sam falls into the cage, Dean asks Cas for one more favor. On Dean’s days off, he visits Sam in different time periods, even if only for an hour or two. Sam never tells Dean about these visits.
bettythetl has written a wonderful, short-ish fic for this post-season 5 AU. Very interestingly from Sam’s/Adam’s point of view in the cage, which I thought was awesome!
