I always hear about tom and shep calling jensen “uncle jensen” but what about JJ? Does she call Jared “uncle jared” ? I’ve never seen anything about she calling jared like that.

Yes, she does. Unfortunately, JJ & Shep aren’t talked about as much as Tom. I wish we heard more stories about them.
